In the estate planning and private client sector, there are many software tools practitioners rely on as a part of the day-to-day. This article will cover the many vital integrations WillSuite offers its users to save time and optimise overall work-flow.
Office 365
WillSuite can be linked with your Office 365 account, this can be done from the user settings tab here. Once linked, emails sent and received through the system can be accessed from your Office 365 email account. In addition to this, any emails between yourself and the client will appear in the interaction log.
Stripe
The ability to provide your clients with the option of secure and seamless card payments made integrating with Stripe a MUST. According to a study conducted by Worldpay, 50% of online payments were made via card in 2020.
You can link your stripe account via the invoice tab found in company settings. Once your account has been linked, you can send direct pay-by-links to your customers via email. More information on this can be found here.
Zoom
Zoom has and continues to be a valuable tool for remote communication between yourself and your clients. Link your zoom account via the 3rd party integrations tab found in user settings.
Once connected, you have the ability to instantly create Zoom meetings from the system via the appointments tab within any case.
Connect
Love Legal Connect is WillSuite’s client-facing portal, powered by an integration with our sister company Love Legal. Connect allows you to do the following;
