How does Connect work?
Connect is accessible within a client case inside WillSuite. You choose what to send to clients and at what point? You can create custom questionnaires, get clients to complete their own address book and even send draft documents for approval.
Are their any hidden costs?
No. Just like WillSuite's pricing, the connect pricing is equally transparent. You pay a monthly rolling subscription for a number of client requests (essentially like a credit). Then, when you send a request, it uses a credit.
What constitutes a request?
Each request sent to a client through Connect can be made up of multiple request items such as an ID upload and a document approval request (2 requests). Each of these single items contribute to your allocated limit which you are able to upgrade at any time.
