It's not just a new year for WillSuite, it's a year of brand new features, expert new leadership and an invigorated focus on what matters to our users.
Kicking off with the biggest internal development, WillSuite is excited to officially announce Kallum Durcan's appointment as WillSuite's new Managing Director.
Carrying his passion for innovative legal technology and for exceeding expectations into the role, Kallum represents the focused and ambitious direction WillSuite is headed. Despite taking the reins at the beginning of the year, we're announcing Kallum's appointment at present to coincide with the substantial new feature releases he's delivered.
MyWill: WillSuite’s new feature MyWill, is a fully integrated Will drafting automation tool that incorporates a client-facing Will questionnaire embedded on your website, with the ability to then generate drafted Will documents from the data inputted by your clients. Benefits include:

As user feedback on these developments has been really positive, Kallum wanted to share his thoughts:
"Spending one-on-one time with our users to introduce myself, understand their expectations and how we can improve their software experience was my first priority as we launched into the new year. The passion, knowledge and enthusiasm I've been met with throughout discussions have been an immensely rewarding experience. As such, these new features represent our commitment and ability to deliver on what our user base needs from the software that powers their business."
And this is just the beginning, as the highlights of our development roadmap demonstrate:
Integration with LawY: LawY acts as your firm’s trusted AI legal assistant, addressing your legal questions with instant AI-generated answers that are on-demand, vetted and verified by professional lawyers. With our plans to embed this powerful tool within WillSuite, users will benefit from cutting-edge AI and human expertise, empowering them with answers they can trust.
SOC 2 Accreditation: SOC 2 is an accreditation that verifies a company's expert handling of the security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of customer data through a comprehensive assessment.
Overhaul of support documentation: We've always prided ourselves on how easy WillSuite is to use and our approach to direct software support. We recognise the importance of putting the power in our users' hands, giving them everything they need throughout each step of their process. As a result, we have already begun to work on a refresh of our training material.
To conclude this update, we want to sincerely thank each and every WillSuite user for their support. The team is looking forward to catching up with you all in our next update.
