WillSuite is by far the best software I have used, enabling me to produce Wills and Associated documents. Being able to keep on top of document production with tools like the pipeline means my clients will never be disappointed. The system is simple and straightforward but is flexible enough to deal with the most complex of wills. The support and training the team provide is great too. I highly recommend WillSuite to all Estate planners.

I've tried other software packages on the market, but I find WillSuite simply is far more advanced than any others I've used or trialled. Prompt support, very easy to use, straightforward to customise to your business model and quite simply produces accurate good looking documents first time. The WillSuite will writing software is excellent and I have no hesitation recommending it to legal professionals. I've tried a few software packages and none of them are anywhere as good as Will Suite, it's easy to use and covers the majority of the precedent wills you would want to use for the majority of your clients. The editing feature is good too which means you can adapt the will to a bespoke document. The service is also second to none, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent value, 5 stars!

The software is so user friendly and is easy to use and navigate. The staff at WillSuite are excellent to deal with nothing is too much trouble. I had difficulty today because our Internet went down in our office yet I had a very urgent will to draft. Tom Stansfield was absolutely amazing responding quickly to my emails to help me log on to the system via my mobile phone. I was amazed that I was able to draft a will all by using only my mobile phone with no issues. Super service.

Although the system is easy to use, to navigate around and provides an excellent platform to communicate with clients, occasionally things go wrong (usually down to my error). Phil and Seb in customer service respond very quickly to my requests for help and put the issues right in a matter of a few minutes.
