Digitally signed LPA
WillSuite champions the first-ever digitally-signed LPA
With lockdown looming back in March, WillSuite launched an experiment to obtain the first digital lasting power of attorney (LPA) from the OPG. A special online version of the property and financial affairs LPA was created, which could be signed on the screen “with a squiggle” from a mouse. The form was then printed off, as the OPG requires, and sent to the OPG in mid-March with a covering letter explaining that the form had been signed electronically.

New "Print, Bind, Send" service launched
WillSuite offer all of our clients a Print, Bind and Send service. This service was launched to support businesses who haven't been able to get into the office during the lockdown or who need an extra pair of 'administrative hands'. Our Print, Bind and Send service is available when you need it. Essentially you tell us what to print and bind (and how you'd like it doing) and where to send it, and we send it out with signed delivery. Typically this is sent within 24 hours and will be with you (or your client) within 72 hours. It can be found within each case and all you have to do is upload the documents you want printing and follow the simple on-screen instructions.
