WillSuite - Stripe Invoicing

WillSuite enables payments and invoicing through our integration with Stripe and it is the one thing you NEED to be using. 

Inspired by some recent modernisations within our industry, I thought I'd write about how this modern integration can save you time and give your clients excellent freedom of choice for payments.

So let’s break it down in simple terms

  • Integrate Stripe through your WillSuite account
  • Set up your custom document pricing within your ‘company settings’
  • Raise an invoice within the invoicing tab (in a case) and fill out the relevant details
  • A pay by link will be created, click the actions dropdown button and select ‘send invoice’
  • Clients will receive a link to a secure online portal (branded for your business) where they can enter their card details
  • Payment is sent direct into your bank account through the Stripe payment gateway

It’s not just the benefit of giving your client more choice over how to pay, it’s also a great addition to boost your brand! What better way to finalise a service with your customer than a secure, safe client portal that has your businesses colours and branding.
