WillSuite Monthly update

In a new venture for WillSuite, we’re going to be releasing a monthly article that breaks down and explores newly released features, noteworthy system updates and anything else that you might want to know! With that out of the way, let's kick off our first WillSuite monthly update!

What’s new?

Scenarios

If you haven’t already been using the scenarios feature, now is a great time to start. This feature works by allowing you to create tags (e.g. executor, beneficiary) to be used within a questionnaire, which can then be saved as a template. This template can then be used for cases within similar circumstances or scenarios which saves a huge amount of time and automates a great deal of the process.

You can continue to create as many tags and templates as you like, building up a library of templates for a variety of client scenarios.

We’ve had some really good feedback from our users on this feature, we strongly recommend giving this feature a try. You can get started by following our handy guide here - https://willsuite.co.uk/help/item/27/42

Recurring Invoices

Do you bill your clients on a recurring basis for services like will storage or annual reviews? By using our recurring invoices features you’re able to set up scheduled payments from your client on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

Not only is this feature really useful but it’s also very easy to get started with! All you have to do is create and link your Stripe account with WillSuite, navigate to the invoices page and the feature will be automatically enabled.
