It has been two months since I joined the team at WillSuite. They say that time flies by when you are having fun and I could not agree more! Over the last two months, we have expanded further and bought Oli in to join our development team. He is helping to build new features and add new ideas for the development of our software.
If we are to believe the theory that it takes 21 days to form a new habit, I am certainly used to losing at table tennis by now and have got my head around all of the awesome features in WillSuite, and available on Love Legal. Probably unsurprising as the systems are intuitively built.
Feedback from some users now indicates that following a lull in demand for estate planning services, they are back and firing on all cylinders again.
We are certainly seeing unprecedented demand for our software across the board and more and more practitioners are wanting a client-friendly (customer-facing) online Will platform and that is exactly what Love Legal offers.
Unsurprisingly, due to economic conditions, we are seeing demand for our software from people that have been made redundant and who are looking at new opportunities post lockdown and as we could be heading into a second lockdown more businesses are looking to have an online Will proposition to offer to visitors to their website as well as to their strategic partners.
Over the last two months, we have hosted at least one business growth session for users per week for users of our system, have been announced as the software provider of choice for The Institute of Professional Will Writers, and have been shortlisted in The British Wills and Probate Awards.
Looking ahead to the next two months and beyond, we are booking in time for our developers to work with Love Legal clients to help them launch their new online Will offering to complement their existing service portfolio and will be expanding our team further to manage demand.
Some readers may follow me on LinkedIn and may have seen my posts regarding my offer to help small solicitors’ firms or Will Writing businesses to grow, or you may have seen me mentioned in posts. These sessions are complimentary. There is no obligation to sign up, trial our system or even talk about software. I am simply booking out a couple of hours per week to help small businesses combat challenging market conditions. If you would like some support from someone who understands our industry, then simply reach out and let’s talk.
