Time for new software? Time for WillSuite?

Firstly, we would like to start our article off by wishing everyone a Happy New Year! Lots of people are pleased to see the back of 2020 and looking to make a fresh start in 2021. It is normally at this time of year when people make New Year Resolutions and start to plan how they will grow their business throughout the coming year.


Just before Christmas WillSuite hosted a ‘Get ready for 2021’ Marketing Session which was well received and since, Tom Stansfield (Head of Growth – WillSuite) has been booking in some 1-2-1 sessions to help tons of industry practitioners hit the ground running in 2021.


One of the key takeaways from the session he ran was to make sure you utilise the technology at your disposal because, as we are seeing, tech is helping people to build a successful brand, save time and therefore money meaning that the business owners and key decision makers can spend more time on the business and not always in it.


When Tom talked about tech it wasn’t a sales pitch for WillSuite but he did highlight that a number of the features that he would be looking to utilise are included within WillSuite. Things like automated client communication, sales prospecting, appointment booking functionality, customisable reporting and CRM functionality etc.


These sorts of tools allow you to build a better brand, streamline communication with clients and to be able to extract key data when needed for reporting or marketing purposes.
