Any good CRM system will make it easy for you to find the information you are looking for nice and quickly and WillSuite will not disappoint.
In WillSuite you can find a case by typing in the name of any of the people within the case address book. The way to do this is by using the 'Address book search' from the 'Case Management' tab, you can search for someone by 'first name', 'surname' or 'date of birth'. It will then pull together a list of the matched criteria and you can pick which case you were looking for.
This makes finding people and navigating to specific cases nice and simple.
The benefit of additional features within the system like the ability to create a new case for someone within the address book is crucial too and makes running your department or estate planning business a breeze.
