WillSuite launched a Print, Bind and Post service last year to help clients with their back office functions during COVID-19.

Within WillSuite, you are able to attach the documents you would like printing, state how you would like them bound (legal corner, or heat sealed), on what type of paper, and where you would like them posted to.

We then take care of the rest.

How can I access the service?

Within each case, you can click on the ‘Print’ tab on the navigation bar.

You can then upload files you would like us to print and assuming you have added your billing information to the system, we will process the printing as and when you need it.

In order to upload the Wills you would like printing - simply click 'Download for Binding' under the 'Actions' tab under the case submission.

How much does the print service cost?

Our charges for the print bind and post service are as follows

• Standard A4 (premium quality) = 50p
• Parchment paper = £1.50
• Thermal Binding (white cover) = £2
• Thermal Binding (black cover) = £2
• Legal Corner = £1
• Envelope and shipping (first class, signed) = £3.80
