My first week at WillSuite

Written by Sam Jackson on 13th April 2021

Hi, Sam here. I’ve recently joined the team’s marketing department and it’s been an insightful and rewarding few days. It’s the end of the week, and I’ve learnt so much about WillSuite. Their goals as a company, the details of the software, their committed and helpful approach to customer support, and a healthy dose of ping pong.

The task that kicked off the week was to get myself a will drafted, and to get myself familiarised with the software. With how intuitive and easy to use the system is, drafting a will was a breeze. Before I knew it, I was joining colleagues in support calls and learning the host of features that clients choose WillSuite for. I’ve been particularly impressed by how dedicated the team is to supporting their clients, reaching out at every available opportunity to answer queries and push new features. Great software comes with an even greater responsibility (to support clients!)

The high point of the week for me, was being able to work on new, exciting content to show off system features. It’s especially refreshing to see the development from a potential client’s interest, to them being fully set up with a 14 day trial so quickly. The WillSuite team thrives on feedback, and It’s been a pleasure to see how they work the suggestions of users into the development of features and improvements to the system. I’ve been impressed at how quickly I’ve integrated with the flow of the team, due in part to everyone’s energy and helpfulness. Over the next few months, I know I’ll be taking part in more and more.

I’ve already been working on lots of content for our social media accounts, why not check out our Facebook, Linkedin, or Twitter to see what I’ve been working on?

With how useful and dependable the WillSuite system is, it means that there is an immense need for this to be reflected in its marketing, something I hope to improve and further contribute to as the months go by. I’m excited to be a part of the team, and with everything I’ve learnt about the company and how it operates, I know that I’ve got a lot to look forward to.
