How soon could you be drafting documents after signing up to WillSuite?

Written by Tom Stansfield on 21st March 2022

Software can be a scary word and for some (who aren’t tech-savvy) it can be daunting to think about new solutions. This is one of things that puts people off changing from their existing method of drafting to signing up to a new solution. Thankfully, WillSuite is incredibly intuitive and our team does a lot of the hard work in setting you up.

What does that mean for you?

In reality it means that you can login to a branded account and start drafting Wills and legal documents for clients straight away.

Do I need to do anything?

You do have the option to customise how documents look. You can change this from your settings menu (by clicking on your name in the top corner > company settings > document customisation) but this is entirely up to you and you can start producing documents without any delay.

How simple is WillSuite to use?

It’s easy for us to say “really simple” but you may wish to see some reviews from real users instead:

I've tried other software packages on the market, but I find WillSuite simply is far more advanced than any others I've used or trialled. Prompt support, very easy to use, straightforward to customise to your business model and quite simply produces accurate good looking documents first time. I spend far less time rechecking now, and more time speaking to new and old clients. My Will and Trust production no longer has a software bottleneck and business has measurably improved.” - Rugby Wills

“The software is so user friendly and is easy to use and navigate. The staff at Willsuite  are excellent to deal with nothing is too much trouble. I had difficulty today because our Internet went down in our office yet I had a very urgent will to draft. Tom Stansfield was absolutely amazing responding quickly to my emails to help me log on to the system via my mobile phone. I was amazed that I was able to draft a will all by using only my mobile phone with no issues. Super service.” - N.Evans

Both of these reviews can be seen on our Google Profile.

Will it save me time?

The short answer is ‘yes’. The basis behind WillSuite and our technology is about creating efficiency. Our team has built solutions to save time and make you more efficient and with drafting, it’s no different. In fact when drafting Wills or LPAs, the mirroring functionality means you can ‘mirror’ or copy details into a partner or spouse’s documents reducing the time needed when creating mirror documents.

How does it compare to other systems?

We don’t pay any attention to what other providers are doing and instead focus on our clients and their feedback. We attract a LOT of clients from other systems who inform us that other providers are clunky and outdated and that our system is far more intuitive.

From our perspective, we just build software which makes doing your job easier.

Is it expensive?

No, far from it. We charge a fixed monthly fee (so you don’t have to worry about a price per document) and you get access to the CRM, the document drafting, appointment scheduling and invoicing. We don’t charge for software training or support and are continually adding to the functionality.

Can my colleagues login?

Yes. We simply charge a price per user (£69 per user per month +VAT) so, if you want colleagues to be able to access the system, add them onto your company licence and choose what permissions you would like them to have.

The permissions can be limited to specific functions or you can even control what cases they can see or limit their ability to delete things.

What if I don’t like it?

You’re free to cancel at any time. You’re able to manage your subscription from within the system and don’t need to speak to anyone at WillSuite if you need to cancel. Thankfully, our approach to providing great software, awesome support and an affordable solution helps people and they stick around.
