Expand your reach with new SMS functionality

Written by WillSuite on 26th May 2021

WillSuite, beyond its function as a Will Writing software, is also a full CRM and case management system for law firms, estate planning practices and associated industry practitioners.

We provide you with the ability to keep clients up to date on the progress of their legal document production whilst enabling improved communication and brand building tools. This is what is making WillSuite so popular with progressive law firms.

We have now expanded this functionality further. You can now send out more SMS messages to clients, and adopt SMS marketing as part of your wider strategy (subject to the necessary consents).

You can now manage your credit budget within WillSuite to cater for SMS mail outs.

Each WillSuite license benefits from a quota of 50 free SMS messages per month. However, you are now able to top up to suit the demands of your business and your approach to SMS marketing.

The new credit system on WillSuite can also be used for the Printing, Binding & Posting services. You will now be able to manage your credit balance directly from your admin account.

Each SMS credit (£0.05) allows you to send 160 characters to your clients and is an effective way to nurture and cultivate relationships. You can send longer messages and utilise multiple credits too.

WillSuite clients are already taking advantage of SMS marketing to reach clients in new ways.

This is just one of two new features coming this week!

We have also expanded the Invoice functionality within WillSuite to enable users to send their clients a secure link for online payment.

Simply link your account to WillSuite with our Stripe gateway and your invoices will automatically be reconciled on your WillSuite dashboard. We expect that offering this functionality will improve cash flow and remove the need for handheld card devices etc.

Any questions, let us know.
